I think we'll aim for requiring Zope 2.7.x and Python 2.3.x for the next
release. We do need to put this in the HISTORY file.
I don't really understand what I broke that doesn't work in Python
2.1.x, but that's exactly a problem which we don't have to worry about
anymore if we change the target platform...
