[moai-dev] MOAI 1.0.8 Released

Hi everybody,

It seems there was a problem with the previous 1.0.7 release. The python 
distutils package failed to include the HISTORY.txt file, which broke 
the installation. After a bit of research I added a MANIFEST file to 
specify exactly which files should be included, so this can not happen 
again.
