[silva-dev] [issue491] Virtual hosts pointing "deep" into Silva content trees

The current virtual host "support" has been tested only where the virtual host
points to the Silva root, not to anything inside it (like Publications or Folders).

ETH clearly has the need to do be able to point a virtual host deeper inside a
Silva hiearchy. Silva parts currently affected (so, parts that need testing and
maybe even modifications):

-- Ghost objects
-- Indexer objects
-- Image/Asset references in Documents
-- More?
