[silva-dev] [issue493] Using image (asset?) as index makes it appear twice in tab_edit

I know I shouldn't have tried it in the first place, but I did... Installed a
new Silva and left the Document product uninstalled... Very nice, but there were
no titles. What to do now? Ah... Add an *image* called index and see what
happens, of course! :| Title got indeed used as the title for the folder (Silva
Root in this case), but also the image object now appeared twice in the list of
items, once in the ordered publishables list (with index 0) and once in the
asset list... Doesn't seem too much of a problem to me (since I don't assume
many people would use an image as the index of a folder :) but thought I'd
mention it anyway...
