[silva-dev] caching widgets

The problem disappears when I'm doing a preview.  So it looks to be a
caching issue.  Is there a way to turn off caching for the pages that
have forms, or for just those elements?  As I mentioned, I have a
cached.py returning 0 for those widgets already...
