[silva-dev] silva-0.9.2.1 unknown user again

in the settings tab of a folder/ publications the "creator" and the 
"last author" are "unknown user". can a folder/publication have a "last 
author" at all? maybe when the title is really attached to the 
folder/publication... in the content tab, the author is "n/a" for 
folder/ publications ...

there are so many issues about "unknown users" ... i don't know if this 
is a new one ore a "resolved" one but because of the new metadata 
system it came up again ...
