[silva-dev] [issue547] 'select all' function rather useless with only 1 selectable item

I just noticed that some (or all?) forms (I noticed it with the Docma finished
items queue) show a 'select all' checkbox even when there's only one item to
select. This seems rather useless to me, so I'd suggest to only show it if there
is more than one item on the list.
