Creating a Silva folder (obviously, it may be a point of discussion 
whether it should still do that) calls some code to create a Document, 
which obviously fails on your side, so therefore creating a Folder fails 
as well...

It seems like something's gone wrong with your SilvaDocument product. 
Did you click on the 'Install' button in the SilvaDocument box in 
service_extensions? Is there such a box?
