[silva-dev] Permission problem when installing Silva from CVS

Hmmm... I only just saw I didn't send this to the list but only to

I'm sure they will be added before the release. For the time being I'll
just tell you (and the rest of the people on this list) what products
are required to run the current HEAD:

Products required by Silva:

Silva (obviously :)
ParsedXML (release)
XMLWidgets (CVS)
Formulator (CVS, release might work but the CVS version seems to be a
lot more efficient)
Annotations (CVS, release might work as well)
FileSystemSite (release)
ProxyIndex (CVS)

Silva Extensions required by Silva:

SilvaMetadata (CVS I think)
SilvaDocument (CVS)
SilvaViews (CVS)
