The comments added to each msgid must help the translator to get the
right meaning of the string to translate, so the msgid doesnt need to do
all the job on his own
You can use the msgid that you want. Maybe we can try to use simple
strings, not too long, and without blanks, example: Add_Document, but in
certain cases we can use longer strings. The exception could be the
i18n:attributes, where the msgid must be the same as the msgstr (in zope
2.7 this is corrected, but for now silva supports 2.6.

For now this is done by PotManager. The new .po files are created
inserting the msgids translated from the old .po files.
