[silva-dev] filesystem forms in the smi

Hi,

is it possible to edit/customize the filesystem-forms also through the 
web in the smi ? If yes, where ?
For example the ...Products/Silva/views/edit/Asset/Image/scale_form.form
I find in the smi in my Silva-instance named Silva under
.../Silva/service_views/Silva/edit/Asset/Image/scale_form

But the customize tab says: There are currently no items in scale_form.
