Ah, I answered you in private but I wasn't aware it was also asked on 
the list.

Anyway, to answer, it was discussed between Kit and myself as falling under
this project, yes. Project Vineyard will most likely consist of a number of
different ways to make Silva more flexible and extensible however. View
flexibility as discussed in the link there is technically a separate
issue, though I guess it could also be used to make things like this work.
