Well, basically, titles are versioned from 092 on... (I think this was 
an ETH reuiqrement, not sure?). Which means, if the doc is not 
published, there's no title available.

To complicate matters, in 092 the title of a *Folder* used to be taken 
from the *index Document*. For 093 we're considering other approaches. 
Actually to make things simpler and more predictable (from an Authors 
standpoint).

At least one reason is to make it possible to not to have an index 
document, but just some other "first" document. This does imply quite 
some changes and currently we're in the process of thinking these 
implications through (what does this mean for Docma, upgrading, 
publically displaying Folders vs. Documents etc. etc.)


BTW: Thanks for testing the devel. version. It is exactly for these 
kinds of discussions and questions and bugreports, that testing devel. 
versions by all "advanced" (but others too of course) Silva users is 
very important!!
