Yes, it's very confusing. You are allowed to see the title when you
go to copy the doc, but you can't see it in other situations. There 
is a possible use case in a military high security situation where 
the titles must remain hidden because another user may not have rights 
to view the original title, and top secret information could be 
leaked. But since most Silva users work in a team, where everybody
has at least Reader rights, it makes more sense to show the title,
published or not. 

If someday we have such a top secret enterprise, then we'll have to
build in a rights filter or such, but let's relax on this one for
now....
