Okay, that sounds like a bug indeed. I did test complex lists with 
images and such as elements (normal lists can not have images as 
elements, if a list contains an image it is converted to an nlist 
element) and that seems to work, so that's why I assumed there aren't 
any problems in nested lists, but according to your report it seems that 
the transformations don't allow lists inside lists, which should be 
fixed. I'll check it out asap.

Okay, another issue to check out. I thought I had fixed all the code 
that left empty paragraphs, but it might well be that I forgot an 
occasion where it can happen. The transformations are pretty messy right 
now, so I expect there will be more bugs in there, hopefully we can 
improve the code at some point to make it less complicated (although 
transforming almost unrestricted HTML to Silva XML is a messy job, so it 
will never be elegant I guess).
