[silva-dev] Change to Silva/SilvaMetadata

Anyone working with a HEAD checkout of Silva should note that since last 
friday, the HEAD version requires an updated version (also HEAD) of 
SilvaMetadata. The change means that the viewing of metadata-sets can 
now be restricted to certain roles. This should not break any existing 
extension code that defines its own metadata-sets, if it does (or does 
seem to), please contact me.
