  The code is now in the CVS, including tests updated -- they now run
via SilvaTestCase.

  While testing I figured out that one test has been failing because
the XML parser barfed on the 'encoding="iso-8859-1"' written into
the preamble of the xml in Export.py .
  Actually I could not find any indication that this encoding is
used ... or even what encoding is acually used. Leaving out the encoding
like Formulator does worked for me, so I dumped the encoding="..." from
the code in Export.py all together, making the tests pass.

  If You think this has been a bug in the tests instead and the XML should have
the iso-8859-1 encoding please roll back the change, or tell me to do it;
I will try to work out a different solution in this case.
