[silva-dev] current svn / cvs head kupu / Silva Document incompatible ?

Hi,

  just tried to run kupu from the svn trunk and SilvaDocument from the cvs head.

However Silva tries to include "view/kupu_silva/kupumacros/macros/fulleditor"
while kupu only defines a "kupu_silva/kupumacros/macros/body" for me.

Did I do something obvious wrong, or can others reproduce the issue?
For kupu "svn up" says: "At revision 17306." Maybe thats the wrong revision?
