[silva-dev] Silva 1.4 branch created

Hello!

I've just created branches for both Silva (called Silva-1_4-branch) and 
SilvaDocument (called SilvaDocument-1_4-branch). These branches should 
stay stable, only bugfixes are allowed, new features have to be added to 
trunk. Of course if you do a bugfix on trunk which is an issue in 1.4 
too, it makes sense to port to the branch, too.
