[silva-dev] Kupu trunk required for Silva trunk

Hi!

I've updated Silva so it works with the Kupu trunk just now, from now on
if you want to test or work on the Silva trunk (which will be released
later as Silva 1.6) you will need to check out the trunk of Kupu. URL:

Note that some drastic changes were made, most importantly the
'kupu/silva' dir is moved to the Silva core and is now called 'kupu',
and the 'kupu' and 'kupu_silva' FileSystemSite folders in the Silva root
are now called (resp.) 'service_kupu' and 'service_kupu_silva'. Both
changes will mean any extensions using Kupu will need to be updated for
Silva trunk (and thus 1.6).
