[silva-dev] Extensions authors please check

Hi,
Marc Petitmermet complained – nicely but rightly – about the fact that
the new Silva Static extension only works with Silva 1.5. The extension
packages do have a metadata field for listing compatible Silva versions.
But it only shows up in the release page. That makes sense of course,
because compatibility can change in each release. But, to save clicks,
one can download a tarball from the overview page, and never see the
release metadata.

I've now added a compatibility label for each extension. This should
show either the latest Silva version for which there was a release
(e.g. 'Silva 1.2 and up') or, if it's known, a range ('Silva 1.0 thru
Silva 1.4'). However, I don't know the actual details of some of your
extensions, so I guessed.

Could you please have a look and let me know if it's *not* correct?
