My personal preference is zope.testbrowser.  It's one of the frameworks
mentioned here:
http://blog.ianbicking.org/best-of-the-web-app-test-frameworks.html

I don't think that you want Selenium.  You practically only need it when you
have to rely on JavaScript to use/test a page.
