[silva-dev] SilvaLayout

[Luthiger Stoll Benno]

Ok, I've fixed the bugs. There's now a version of SilvaOutOfBox in the repository that runs with Silva 2.0 / SilvaLayout 1.0. I've tagged it as 'SilvaOutOfBox-1.0'.
