Marc,
I've made a few more changes to the link and image tools. Take a look at them
now.
The link tool's input field now switches to a textarea when it has the
focus -- this should allow for easier editing. IE and Safari wrap long URIs
while FF adds a horizontal scrollbar. Either way it's much easier to see the
uri. This begs the question -- should these just be textareas? Probably
not, as the tool would take up more vertical space when it is inactive.

The lock records the userid and the datetime of access. When user attempts to
access an object, the security mechanism checks whether the object is
currently locked, whether the lock has timed out (20 minute duration), and
whether the person accessing has the lock. If the object is locked to the
user, then a locked message is supposed to display.
This locking appears to be non-functional in 2.1 and the trunk. Quickly
grepping through Bethel's 2.0 in production, I'm not sure if it even works
there since I can't find what I think I'm looking for.
What version of Silva are you using where locking works? And, does locking
also work with kupu, or just the forms editor? Does locking work with other
versioned content objects as well?

Andy
