[Silva-general] Title of Codesource and Form Fields critical with special characters and Umlauten

Hi,

Silva-1.5.6:
It seems, that if someone uses special characters and Umlaute in titles
of codesources that the codesource is made unusable und uneditable by
this. Do others observe the same effect? If so, I would consider this as
a quite nasty bug, especially as it seems that this has not been a
problem in earlier versions of Silva and that there are already
codesources around with special characters in the title.

As a second question: Benno discovered something as if the encoding in
form fields depends on the fact wether the data entered in the formfield
contains special characters or not. Benno identifies this as the
source of a lot of quite nasty problems that we had run into after the
upgrade to Silva-1.5.6. Is this observation of Benno's true?

Regards,
Reinhard
