[Silva-general] SilvaNewsNetwork commenting system

I am not aware of a article commenting system, which are common in news pages, being in any public SVN on Silva News Network so:

My definition of a commenting system in Silva:

Readers have the ability to read and write comments to published Silva News articles. 

General functionality:

- The comments will be rendered after the article, when it is viewed.
- Silva News article has new variable, which displays the amount of published comments.

Rights:

- Comments left by users below some user level (anynomous) will be subjected to review by editor 
- User above some level (reader+) can leave a comment without being moderated. The comment will be published immediately.

Moderation:

- User above certain level (editor/manager?) will be able to moderate the comments in article. This means the ability to publish comments with moderation request and also unpublish any comment.

That's it basically. What I seek here is ideas about implementation and if there any any users of Silva News, who could use such functionality. I've personally done some very small tinkering with Silva News code here and there to suit my site's needs, but especially with the moderation feature, I would definately need assistance from a Silva News developer.

There is already some basic commenting ability in SilvaBlog, it might or might not be of any help.
