[Silva-general] HELP! Cannot get Code Sources to function

Meaning, you've imported them into the ZMI, right? Probably in the Silva root.

Right.

When editing a document, there's an "external source" toolbox on the
right. All External Sources that are at or above the location of the
document will show up.
+ Select a Code Source from the list, say Quicktime
+ Press the the "add external source" button
+ A parameters form will appear in the toolbox. Locate the video file
in Silva using the "get reference" button. Or you can type in the
location manually.
+ Configure other parameters, such as height and width.
+ Click the "add external source" button again (after adding, this
button will read "update source".
+ Save your document and preview.

You are correct, there doesn't seem to be any documentation about
inserting Code Sources from an author's point of view, only for
managers. We'll remedy that.
