Good and bad news, I'm afraid:

The good: modification dates are now shown for containers.

The bad: last authors are not: This is information is simply not set on 
folders, and changing that would cost me a little more time than I have 
right now. We also decided against showing the creator here, for the 
reason that this may confuse people: If something changed on a folder 
people may look at the author column to see whom to praise/blame, as 
would be correct for versioned content, but in this case may point to 
innocent bystanders, i.e. the original creator. So this remains 'n/a' 
for now.
