[Silva-general] Silva 2.0.6 - minor bugfix release

Unfortunately there turned out to be a small but irritating error in the 
2.0.5 release that prevented the export screen from working. We have 
fixed this in the 2.0.6 release.

There were also some other small bugs fixed.

     Bugs Fixed:

       - lookup_search conditionally converts username to unicode. The
         name could come from a form, or from code, we don't know
         which, so we have to code defensively. :(

       - KeyError in tab_status_export fixed

       - Links to local (i.e. not fully qualified) domain names are no
         longer incorrectly converted to relative urls in rendered
         SilvaDocuments.
