[Silva-general] Silva Update 1.4>2.x: anchor/index do not work anymore

Hi there

After I updated my Silva from 1.4 to Silva 2.12 the anchor/index items 
don't work anymore.
In Silva 1.4 there where Silva anchors like 
"#A7fc56270e7a70fa81a5935b72eacbe29" for example.

After the upgrade to Silva 2.12 the anchor/index items have anchor names 
like "1" or "2" or "A", "B", etc.

Is there any update script I have to call?
I don't like to tell our editors to manually edit the anchors in each 
document.
