[Silva-general] email addresses with non-standard characters in silva

hi kit,

no not many in our institutuion - actually it was the first time i came
across the problem in Silva.

But due to historical reasons, potato famine, industrial revolution etc.
there are a lot of people  with O'names, like O'Callaghan, O'Flaherty etc.
etc. around these parts.
