Hey Marc,

I'm able to replicate this in my silva 2.1 branch buildout.  I guess I only 
fixed the forms-based editor in the trunk.  I'll look at getting a fix into 
the 2.1 branch soon.

Every action in the forms editor will cause silva to revert back to the kupu 
editor.  However -- the action still happened.  While annoying, without 
changing your default editor you can just click the "forms editor..." button 
again.
