   Thoses SyntaxError are not really errors. It's a long story, but
   it's just PythonScript are invalid python script.

   Here you have your bin/instance script which is going to let you
   start your Zope instance. Your installation is ok.

   It's ok, pyflakes is a developer tool, you don't need it to test
