  From the log, I see you runned zodbupdate multiple times and it
  worked.

  From the log I see silvaupdate doesn't because there are python error
  in SilvaExtETHAppLayout (the product doesn't load). And some other
  might be missing (silva.app.oaiprovider is not included by default,
  it might need some fixes).

  Before running those zodbupdate and silvaupdate scripts on your
  Data.fs, you should create a buildout with an empty instance and make
  sure that all the [custom] extensions you wish to use works properly
  in the new version. After with this buildout, when everything
  works, you should update your Data.fs. Not the other way around. Of
  course it is not in the documentation because it rely on a default
  installation (like the for the template directory). We should add it.
